My name is Rey. I am 29 years old and live in the Philippines, in a province called Leyte, near the beach. I live alone and am a self-supporting student. You might wonder why I am still a student at my age; it’s because I lost my mother when I was 13 years old because of cancer and my father when I was 18 due to a vehicle accident. That was when I started living alone. Because of that, I didn’t have the privilege to continue my studies right away, as I had to prioritize working to support myself.
